Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We recommend checking the size chart on each product page. Our pieces run true to size, but if you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up. Still unsure? Reach out to us and we'll help you find your perfect fit.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Popular pieces sell out fast! Some items are restocked based on demand, while others are limited drops. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when your favorites come back in stock.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly to get your pieces to you ASAP. Once your order has been placed, we can't modify it, but our return policy has you covered.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $7.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. We process orders within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon—stay tuned!
Q: My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package. What do I do?
A: First, check with neighbors or your building's front desk. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If it's been 24 hours and you still don't have it, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We want you to love your DRIEN pieces. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached for a store credit.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Absolutely! If you need a different size or color, let us know in your return request and we'll process an exchange. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit so you can order something else.
Q: Are sale items returnable?
A: Yes! All items, including sale pieces, are eligible for return within 14 days as long as they're unworn and have tags attached.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: We provide a prepaid return label for all US returns. The return shipping cost ($6.99) will be deducted from your store credit unless the return is due to our error.

Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Yes, our pieces run true to size. Each product page includes detailed measurements and fabric information to help you choose the right fit.
Q: How do I care for my DRIEN pieces?
A: Care instructions are on each product page and garment tag. Generally:
• Denim: Wash cold, hang dry to preserve color and shape
• Delicate fabrics (lace, viscose): Hand wash or gentle cycle, lay flat to dry
• Cotton blends: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our pieces are thoughtfully sourced from trusted manufacturers. Some items are made in the USA, while others are produced internationally. Quality and ethical production are our priorities.
Q: Do your clothes shrink?
A: If you follow the care instructions, shrinkage should be minimal. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the original fit and quality.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay for fast, secure checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! Shop Pay offers installment payments at checkout for qualifying orders. Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
Q: Can I use multiple discount codes?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
